Finally got good workout in . only a 30 minute circuit of weights to ease into it then 30 mins of heavy bag 5 on 3 off 5 on 3 off. Feels great to get it going . Gotta hit the road tomorrow ansd get a good ride in . Work is so f'ed up right now hang tight next week we got somethin, getting that from several contractors we' ll see. . Gonna make a few more calls tomorrow and see what's where.
Might head down to Mil town an get on some bridges. It ain't easy but someones gotta do it.
